When you leave for work in the morning place some chicken breasts in a crockpot and add enough water to cover the breasts. Make sure to clean the chicken and trim the fat before adding to the pot and cook it on low. Cooking time will vary based on the amount of chicken and temperature of the slow cooker.
When you get home drain the water and shred your chicken with your hands. Once the chicken is nice and shredded add some sugar free sauce or @thedirtycleaver seasonings and mix it all up real well.
Simply add the chicken to romaine lettuce and top with @thedirtycleaver sauce of your choice
