Salmon Cakes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties
  2. Heat skillet and add desired oil
  3. Cook patties for 5 minutes each side

Optional sauce:

  1. Combine 1/4 cup of nonfat greek yogurt with The Dirty Cleaver Carribean Heat to desired amount of heat
  2. Place broccoli on pan, lightly cover in extra virgin olive oil, and flavor with The Dirty Cleaver All-Purpose Seasoning. Then cook in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
