Chicken Cauliflower Rice


  • 5 tsp The Dirty Cleaver All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 head cauliflower 
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup peas and carrots frozen mix
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup liquid aminos
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or oil of choice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 chicken breasts


Cauliflower Rice

  1. Add one inch of water to a pot large enough to fit the head of cauliflower'
  2. Heat the water to a boiling point, add cauliflower and cover
  3. After 5 minutes uncover, remove from water and let cauliflower cool
  4. Once cool, place cauliflower in large bowl and mash to a rice size consistency.  You can use a food processor as well.
  5. Set aside


  1. Dice chicken into approximately 1 inch square
  2. Heat a skillet large enough to hold the chicken 
  3. Pour olive oil l in skillet and add chicken
  4. Once chicken is cooked through with no more pink in middle remove from skillet
  5. Set aside

Final preparation

  1. Sauté onions in skillet until soft and transparent 
  2. Add peas and carrots mix and cook until tender
  3. Add egg and egg whites to skillet with onions until they are scrambled
  4. Add The Dirty Cleaver All-Purpose Seasoning
  5. Add cauliflower rice, chicken, liquid aminos and sesame oil.
  6. Cook all ingredients for 10 minutes
