Ingredients:
- 5 tsp The Dirty Cleaver All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 large eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup peas and carrots frozen mix
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or oil of choice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 chicken breasts
Directions:
Cauliflower Rice
- Add one inch of water to a pot large enough to fit the head of cauliflower'
- Heat the water to a boiling point, add cauliflower and cover
- After 5 minutes uncover, remove from water and let cauliflower cool
- Once cool, place cauliflower in large bowl and mash to a rice size consistency. You can use a food processor as well.
- Set aside
Chicken
- Dice chicken into approximately 1 inch square
- Heat a skillet large enough to hold the chicken
- Pour olive oil l in skillet and add chicken
- Once chicken is cooked through with no more pink in middle remove from skillet
- Set aside
Final preparation
- Sauté onions in skillet until soft and transparent
- Add peas and carrots mix and cook until tender
- Add egg and egg whites to skillet with onions until they are scrambled
- Add The Dirty Cleaver All-Purpose Seasoning
- Add cauliflower rice, chicken, liquid aminos and sesame oil.
- Cook all ingredients for 10 minutes
